The Don Basic Club is for those who have only hair or only a beard, offering unlimited cuts for one of the two. The Don Complete Club is for those who want to take care of both hair and beard, with unlimited cuts for both.
2. Do I need to schedule haircuts in advance?
Yes, we recommend scheduling in advance to secure the time that best suits you.
3. Can I schedule with any available barber on my preferred day?
Yes! With each appointment, you can choose a different barber, depending on their availability on your preferred day.
4. Is there a limit to the number of haircuts per month?
No! All plans offer unlimited haircuts within your subscription period.
5. Is the subscription individual?
Yes, each subscription is exclusive to one client and non-transferable.
6. How can I change my plan?
You can change your plan at any time by contacting us or accessing your account on the website.
7. What if I can't make it to the scheduled appointment?
If you can't attend, cancellations must be made at least 3 hours in advance via WhatsApp. If the cancellation is made after this period or not at all, the subscriber will be unable to schedule new appointments for 48 hours.
8. What payment methods are accepted?
We accept only credit card payments.
9. Can I use a credit card in someone else's name?
Yes, you can use someone else's credit card to pay for your subscription.
10. How much do I pay for other services besides haircuts and beard trims?
